Initial service was okay. Follow up, not so good. Went in for a 6 month check up(completely healthy kiddo) and contracted tonsillitis. (confirmed by our family doctor) Called and spoke with billing (Pam) and was laughed at on the phone and told us this was impossible. Bacterial infections can be transmitted by dirty medical implements. This follow up visit ended up costing us 2 days of work, urgent care visit (103.4 temp) and family doctor visit to follow up. I don't consider this to be quality care and will not return.

We were referred to Dr. Herrmann by our pediatrician. We could not have been happier with the time and attention he gave to us. You may have to wait a few extra days for an appointment with him because he is so busy - but he is worth waiting for. Highly recommend.

Good luck getting through to a real person. Good luck finding out how much something is. Good luck getting anyone to call you back for anything, including paying your bill. Terrible customer service.

Dr. Herrmann is an outstanding surgeon. I had the opportunity to work with him and have him care for my 22 month old son. He is professional, thorough and kind. Highly recommended!

My child was born with a rare disease that can be difficult to manage at times. Dr. Herrmann has been a blessing in that he allows me to take the helm rather than have me make an appt. every time the same issue arises. He has educated me to handle this re-occurring problem quite efficiently at home thus saving us a lot of money and time.
