Dismisses you, office takes too long to do prior authorizations. And he lied to me about a very serious medical condition!! "In his (18 years in practice) he has had only 1 case of parathyroid cancer!! Probably because he never does the testing to clarify if you have it. I would NEVER recommend!! His staff was wonderful!! He wasnt!!

My experience with Dr. Philips has been very good. At our first meeting, he took perhaps 20 minutes to find out my history, and then suggested that i was probably not Type II, but late onset Type I. He explained why, ran the blood tests, and was proved right. That's made a huge difference in terms of my treatment. I wish my primary care had saved me 7 years of treating my diabetes like Type II. His bedside manner is sometimes a bit awkward, but he's always taken time to answer my questions fully, in what seems like an honest and careful way. His manner is far more patient and human that Dr. Ramesh -- now thankfully departed from the office. YMMV, but I look forward to seeing him.

He is not very personable at all. He seems very awkward yet at the same time full of himself. He doesn't seem to care at all about how you are feeling or looking into why you are feeling the way you are. He has his text book answers for everything. Does not realize that we are all not the same.

Dr. Phillips spends time, answers questions and I feel perfectly comfortable that he has listened to all I have told him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.

Very cut and dry not intersted in knowing you. Feel like his approach could be duplicated with a flow chart.
