She is not qualified for the position of president of the California Medical Board because she is not a lawyer and doesn't see patients in person. She is tied to a PC and she watches patients navigating from doctor to doctor and lab to lab. Her business is to collect money from the insurance company that is willing to pay.

Dr. Carla Stayboldt is a San Diegan distinguished pathologist well known for her accuracy of reports and continued patient support with whom she would establish personal contact, when needed. She is also a scholar knowledgeable of HIPPA and other rules and regulations germane to our healthcare system. We patients believe that she should be nominated to President of the California Medical Board, not only because she is a physician with impeccable credentials but because she is a patient advocate that will enforce transparency for the benefit of taxpayers and the good standing of the Board.
