Love Dr Perez !! His office staff is very unproffessional of any I have ever seen. You can not get them to answer a phone, they are very disrespectful and the one that sits at the front desk is just rude. I had to quit making appts with him because I could never get them and if by chance I had to cancel a appt I had to drive 32'miles to cancel because the rude one at at TH front desk would not answer a phone.

Dr. Perez is very caring, concerned and thorough. His office staff, however, should all be fired and start over. It takes days and days to get anyone to answer the phone, they are rude when you do finally reach them and they don't have a clue on the billing. It is really sad to find a really decent doctor, just to never be able to reach him for an appointment when you need him.

No one answers the phone at the office. The hospitals, nurses, pharmacists and all of the patients that I have visited with say the same thing. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! They tell you to call and schedule an appointment but that is not possible because they never answer the phone. They have big signs in their office stating that they will not fill pain medication on the weekend and that it has to be called in during business hours. Again that is impossible because no one answers the phone. Also, Dr. Perez used to spend time with his patients and listen to them now he herds them in like cows and acts as though he does not care about them at all.

The office staff and Dr. Perez have repeatedly taken over a week to get my prescriptions to the pharmacy. The last time I was there they scolded me for calling too much during a time when I couldnt get my medications. They are unorganized, rude and they absolutely do not have any compassion for someone who can't breath. I am waiting for Dr. Perez' signature on a fax for going on 2 weeks now. I will be changing Dr.s as soon as I can.
