At consult I was clear I wanted the silicone removed from my face. While many many doctors told me flat out they were not able to perform this procedure Dr Hack, I mean Spera, assured me he could. I payed him 14k for a midface lift, otoplastic, bilateral chin implants (according to him my chin was too pointy), bucal fat pads extraction, and hair graphs. I woke up from surgery with a 2 inch incision under my chin - who the heck does chin implants that way? They should be done through the inside of the mouth. He scard me and I still have numbness. I had silicone in my chin which was what caused it to be pointy, he never took out the silicone, so when I healed I found myself with a big lumpy spot where he apparently attempted to remove some of it and left the rest. My facelift was a nightmare. Why did he ad thread lifts with a face lift? You have either one or the other. My whole point was to remove the silicone and lift the excess skin. My scars opened up by my ears and now I have a small white gap of skin that makes me so self conscious I won't even wear my hair up, but when I do I have to put full coverage foundation on it. My face is sagging again and my Frankenstein scars will need to be revised. He never removed my bucal fat pads - not sure why not - but it was not done. He kindly returned my money however that is not the outcome I wanted. I wanted the bucal pads gone, which is what was contracted for. This man will sell you things you don't need, tell you he will perform what you ask hire for and do as he wishes in the end. SCAM! DO NOT GO TO HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE VISIBLY SCARD FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

This Dr I do not recommend. I went for a tummy t and lipo. The loop was not done at all. He stole my money.

I had three procedures done and I'm unhappy with all three. He offered to fix it but I'm scared he might make it worst. I need help.

This has been by far the worse experience i have ever gone through. I have had 6 surgeries with in 2 years because this doctor neglected to tell me i had MRSA, something i obtained from his surgery room. Needless to say i am suing him, and not just for his money, but because this man needs to be stopped before he hurts anyone else. I recently had a free consultation at Dr. Spera's office in Davie, Fl. I was very dissapointed at the way Dr. Spera received me for the consultation. First of all I waited about 40 minutes before seeing him and I was the only person waiting...they seemed to be very unoccupied; knowing I was his only appointment I was hoping I would have a decent time to get to know him and explain to him exactly what I wanted but I was wrong. Marissa(patient coordinator) walked me to a room where Dr. Spera was waiting and to my surprise it was pretty much the coordinator's office not a consultation room...I've shop around many other Cosmetic Surgery places and this was the only place where the doctor didn't bother to see me in a proper room...I wasn't even given a robe. As soon as I enter the room Dr. Spera asked me to show him my stomach as Marissa had tell him about my concern ( I wanted a Lipo in the abdomen)the consultation took no more than 5 minutes and then he left. I was in shock at the fact that there was no professionalism neither from Dr. Spera or Marissa. I will continue to look at different places but it is a fact that I will not be returning to Dr. Spera's office and I will make sure I tell my friends to go somewhere else as they don't care about first time patients.

In 2010 I visited Dr.Spera for what was supposed to be a simple breast augmentation. After the procedure I was left with Symmastia, also known as a uni-boob. The difotmaty Dr.Spera had caused was obvious from the very second I woke up from recovery. He assured me that it was due to swelling and it would go away promptly. A year later, my breast looked the same. I went back to his office and asked him if he still believed it was swelling ang the man, with a straight face, told me my breast did not look like that after my surgery, and he was not responsible. Tragically for him, I had been documenting my case with pictures. Pictures that prove his failure from day one. Since then, I have been officially diagnosed with Symmastia by four different doctors ( although anyone that had ever seen a pair of breast can diagnose my uniboob). I went back to Dr.spera's office with documentation of these diagnosis and when the man found himself at a loss of words he asked me to leave his office. I am at a loss for words. This man has not only deformed my body, but he blatantly and shamelessly denies it. He and others like him should lose their license. Please do not let him touch you. Also, in the procedure he accodently ripped open one of the cuts he made and now I have a barbaric scar on that breast.

Thanks to Dr. Spera i look young and beautiful again! Nobody can guess my age! Best doctor ever!!!!!

I have a few surgeries with Dr Spera and have been some what happy till I sshedualed my last. I was qouted one price and charged more than my quote. the doctor gave me a slight discount and the office manager could not sign the papers.Now that my surgery is done We are now going to court! I'ii see you in court!!!!

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!! please look for a doctor that will NOT have to put you under FOUR times and leave you with one boob for 2 months...all to achieve a normal looking boob job. don't go here....spend the money, get someone that is board certified and that operates in a HOSPITAL. so that you don't get infections. try dr. serure...he is not cheap but he is GOOD and the man has a good heart.

I had breast augmentation years ago with this dr & loved d results. So 10 years later i decide that i needed lipo & did not hestitate to make appt w/him again. Well, worse experience ever. results were not even. my right side was pretty smooth but my left side had 3 fat rolls. needless to say i went back for a revision (which i had to pay for the anestesia) but the results were worse! instead of correcting my left side, he overdid my right side. now my abs are uneven w/fat rolls on my left, lumps on my right, a retarded belly button, & i will never be able wear a bikini again. now i'm afraid to do any more work or corrections

DO NOT DO YOUR NOSE WITH THIS DOCTOR, MAIBE HE IS GOOD IN OTHERS THINGS BUT I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY NOUSE I HAVE TO SPEND AGAIN MONEY TO FIXED.

Yes I waited forever to see him and went to an office where it seemed no one spoke English first, but I found out later this office was one of three and that the surgery would be done in their surgical center in Davie. Dr. Spera listened to me and then explained to me everything about the procedure i was there for. I have the most amazing beautiful breast all because of him. I'm glad I waited forever to see him in a waiting room full of people speaking spanish. By the way I still go to this office for my follow ups. Its there for my convenience as his patient.

This is a man who has no regard for the damage he causes people.He barely speaks to you, and it's like pulling a tooth, trying to get some sort of a response out of him.I came out of the surgery with no visible difference except for the SCARS he left me with !He demanded payment in full before the surgery was done, and I believe that is why he did not care how the surgery turned out because once he had the money,my well being no longer mattered.yes, he may have two practices, one in Miami and one in Broward, and for all the women who have had their boobs done by him are are probably very pleased, but DO NOT ALLOW THIS MAN TO PERFORM SURGErY ON YOUR FACE!!!!
