Not easy to leave a practice but you have to do what you have to do. My teen was out growing the practice. Dr. Kotler is the most popular doc in the practice that sometimes we waited almost an hour everytime we saw her. This became hard on us as my daughter began to need to see the doctor more regurlarly. We are sad we had to make the switch but we needed to and we are happier because of it.

she has been our doctor now for over 11 years and we absolutely adore her. she has inspired our daughter to be a pediatrician.she is the best!
