Horrible doctor who spends more time reading her notes on my dime, then she does listening to me. Don't waste "her" time.

I was with her upwards of 12 years. I loved her nurses, the staff were amazing, and she was fantastic. Super personable, easy to talk to, and always on top of Lab work. She really treated me like a person and not my conditions. It was always easy to get in to see her if I ever had to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baxter's for over 3 years. I drive 2 hours round trip, just to see her. She is straight forward and gets to the point. She not only listens, but "hears" what you are saying.

I was very upset after she gave me meds that make me sicker and a whole slew of unpleasant side-effects. So she yelled at me and threatened to fire me as a patient. If you're looking for compassion, stay as far from this doc as you can. The only shrink I ever had that threatened to fire me for being ill.

She was wonderful in helping me feel as though I wasn't the only one who's ever had this particular set of problems. It was clear that she cared and did a great job in pairing me up with a counselor. She also shared with me some of her own personal problems that related to mine which just made her seem so much more human than a lot of doctors you meet.
