Dr. Folse is a busy physician who is matter of fact. She talks with you, examines you and then tells you what you need to do. She doesn't sugar coat anything. I appreciate that fact and prefer a straightforward approach. I want a physician like that! My time is important too, so I don't want a doctor to give me nicely maybe's. She doesn't take no from an insurance company either. Staff is very friendly & helpful.

Dr. Folse could stand to be tad friendlier but I can tell that's just not her demeanor. However, I would trade friendliness any day for having an knowledgeable physician. The wait time is a bit long too. Her staff is very friendly and she is an excellent doctor in every other regard.
