My gut feeling was although some what caring but more concerned with insurance and income.

Doctor's Response

Gentleman only wanted to be seen once a year due to finances and insurance but had needs that were greater than this. We were not on his insurance panel at Mercy and I attempted to help problem solve including directing to providers in his plan so that he could get the care he needed. Inaccurate perception of my efforts in a gentleman who I had seen years ealier and who sought me out for further care.
