Dr. Polsen is a Miracle Worker! I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care I received from him and his staff during my explant/lift surgery. I came to him at one of the lowest points in my life from a botched implant surgery. Dr. Polsen was the epitome of compassion and professionalism. His expertise and attention to detail went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I feel so blessed that I found such an Amazing surgeon while others turned me away. I Love my results ! I’m seriously So Happy and have my confidence back! I am So Grateful for you Dr. Polsen! Thank You for the Amazing job that you did!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my breast explant/lift, and neck lift. Dr. Polsen is knowledgeable, informative and honest. His entire staff is absolutely amazing from the office to the nursing staff. The convenience of the surgery center on site and ease of the scheduling process is unmatched. I have truly beautiful results. I’ve trusted Dr. Polsen with several surgeries (including a rhinoplasty) and I’m so thankful that I did. I always appreciate his honesty with me, even it’s not what I want to hear. He will only do what is in my best interest, and I trust him more than I can express for this. I’ve been a patient for 15+ years and I’ve never been disappointed!

Negative & positive feedback: Negative- My breast implants were not symmetrical in regards to the location of my nipples or the height of implants, he’s arrogant, and spends very little of his time with you. Positive- his staff was amazing and the office is eye catching. I’ve already had his work replaced by another surgeon because I couldn’t stand seeing myself in the mirror from his botched work.

I cannot BRAG on this dr and his staff more! Anyone going in for plastic surgery ofcourse is a little self conscious and nervous and everyone from the minute you walk in the door, to the table, to post op are just AMAZING! Not only am I happy with my results but because of some of the issues my body has I could not have gotten a better doctor!!

Had an explant with total capsulectomy and lift done. Surgery went well, no complications and pain was minimal. Dr. did call later in day to check on me as well as his staff. Did schedule post follow up the next day and another 3 days later. Dr. did answer all of my questions and concerns in regards to my concern from BII. Without a doubt at first consult I knew Dr. Polsen was my surgeon for this procedure. Highly highly recommend him and his staff. Very clean facility, comforting anesthesiologist as well.

Was a much better Dr before he let his new wife take control of his customers and hide stuff. He let himself down and past people moved to another Dr due to his interference with his new wife

Dr. Polsen and his staff are fantastic! First, making an appointment was a very simple and quick process. Then, the moment I walked into the office, I was treated like I was part of the family. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly! They treat you as if they've known you for years. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and are very patient when answering any and all questions. I just cannot say enough great things about this team of caring professionals. And, that is totally beside the fact that I am beyond satisfied with the results! I had an upper blepharoplasty done, and I am thrilled with the results! I feel better and younger than I have in years due to the difference in makes in the appearance of my "forever tired" eyes that I had dealt with for so many years. My only regret is not have this procedure done sooner. Thank you to Dr. Polsen and his staff! I am forever grateful to you!! You Rock!

Dr. Polsen performed my Tummy tuck and it was poorly done. I was left with an unsightly bulge below the scar/incision. Liposuction should also have been performed which he did not do. Went back to his office for 6 month follow up, assistant said that she'd never seen this happen before and then a few minutes later reported that she had. Wanted more money to correct by performing a "mini tummy tuck". I went to another surgeon who was appalled that Polsen had not taken care of the problem with just the cost of anesthesia. Had a revision done by another local surgeon with a great outcome. would not recommend Polsen for this procedure.

Hands down the best Surgeon EVER !!!
