This doctor schedules 4 appointments during the same time slot and spends 2 minutes with you. As a new patient, I had to request a full body scan. Shouldn't that be an automatic for a new patient coming in concerned about moles? The wait time to have a suspicious mole removed is greater than a month. The problem is, if it turns out to be a Melanoma, then it will already have spread to your lymph nodes and possibly organs by then. You should not have to wait for such a prolonged period of time for a mole biopsy. Completely ridiculous. The staff does not have a waiting list, and insists that you call every day if you want to try to get in to see the doctor sooner (for the suspicious mole that the doctor deemed inflamed and said needed to come off). Go somewhere else where they care and can do a biopsy the same day or with a significantly shorter wait time.

I love Dr. Modly..She is very personable and knowledgeable...She's the best dermatologist i've ever had.

doctor doesn't come across as that intelligent. Her secretary is takes screening calls too far trying to diagnose and give medical advice over the phone. a bit weird!
