Dr. Nguyen did a tonsillectomy on my son 2/2011, he had periodic heavy post op bleeding which was getting progressively worse for a weeek which Dr. Nguyen refused to do anything about, refused to listen to me about the amount of bleeding, and his advise was to take him to the mall to walk. 3 days after I insisted he see my son, and he refused to do anything my son began his 6th bleeding episode which couldn't be stopped. We rushed him to the er with him losing consciousness, he required 2 units of blood and had to be flown by helicopter to another hospital for emergency surgery. Even after all this, he remained arrogant and felt we were overreacting.
