Have you seen Dr. Cheryl Harth?
June 10th, 2010
Dr. Harth is an excellent doctor and shows compassion for her patients. She answers all of my questions and during regular check ups - inquire about other health issues and concerns i.e. blood pressure, annual mammograms and such.I have been her patient for more than two years. She takes the time to listen to me beyond by diagnosis and illness. I am recovering from colon cancer surgery and follow up with six months chemotherapy. But for me, equally important during the the loss of my husband of 37 years, she was there to listen to me about my grief. I am amazed and thankful for the courtesies extended to me from the Dr. and her nurse, Yvonne.I am grateful.

I hav always thought that doctors should comfort patients and their families; However, Dr. Cheryl Harth has poor judgement when it comes to "Bedside" manners. She is very harsh and rough with patients, and the patients immediate family. Cancer patients and all patients deserve the approximate best from the doctor's they trust with their lives. Dr. Harth's poor and negative attitude is VERY unacceptable. Methodist Hospital should consider better ways and alternatives to evaluate their doctors. Dr. Harth never gives words of encouragement, only negative assumptions. This is totally unacceptable, UT Southwestern-St. Paul & Zale Lipshy would never allow doctors to display such NASTY attitudes. It's very important to a patient on how a doctor speaks to them, it means a lot to the family as well. Dr. Harth is very harsh--that should never happen in a hospital. When Dr. Harth is dealing with lives of people, she should try and be a better person and doctor. It's very sad when doctor's become the type of person Dr. Harth is--NEGATIVE! patients are the ones that's having a BAD day! she shows no empathy, no compassion, and no BEDSIDE MANNERS...None @ all. My family just thought you should know. Thanks--
