Dr. Shah performed cataract surgery on both my eyes. The Hamilton Surgery Center was efficient and friendly. Incredibly, I could see the day after surgery and have had zero problems. 20/20 at 71 is pretty fabulous!

I got Lasik done yesterday and I am so happy with my experience. As someone who has needed glasses for 20 years and worn contacts religiously for 10 years, I never thought that I would be able to see clearly without them. I was very nervous about getting Lasik, but the staff and nurses were very helpful and answered any questions that I had. Dr. Chirag Shah performed the Lasik on me. During the consultation, he made sure to clarify the strengths and weaknesses of different corrective eye surgeries and informed me on which surgery would be the best option for me. He also made sure that I understood the potential risks to someone with such a high number as the one I had. The surgery itself was quick (no more than 10 minutes) and practically painless. My vision is perfect and I have experienced minimal side effects. I highly recommend getting Lasik with Dr. Shah. Dr. Shah and his staff are the best. Dr. Shah is a very well known surgeon whose done many procedures. The Lasik procedure is quick and highly effective. I was seeing better than 20/20 the next day. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

It can be hard to find honest and compassionate doctors with a warm bed-side manner and skillful hands. My spouse's cousin works in the operating room and told me how great Dr. Shah's outcomes are. Easy appointment, excellent staff, and I have so much comfort knowing that Dr. Shah is "looking" out for my eyes. Thanks Dr. Shah!

Dr Shah and his staff are extremely professional and have excellent beside manners. All of my encounters including, consultation, actual procedure and post procedure checkup were a very positive experience. They made me feel like a person not just another patient. I was terrified when I first came into Dr. Shah's office because I had recently been diagnosed by my vision doctor with Fuchs Dystrophy, a corneal disease that I never heard of . The minute I met Dr Shah he put me at ease. He sincerely cares about his patients. He took the time to tell me about the disease and the options I had. He was not in a hurry to put me on the surgical table which I appreciated. He monitored my progress , had me go for additional testing and then together we .made the decision for surgery. I felt completely at ease and confident the day of the surgery. Dr Shah's bedside manner is very calming and his confidence made me feel like everything was going to be alright. One of the best thing I liked about Dr Shah is that he called me personally at home to see how I was doing, when I had a problem I was able to call him directly after hours. If he didn't answer right away he would call me back . I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. His staff is amazing as… well, always friendly and responsive. I am moving up to Northern NJ soon and I do not plan to switch eye doctors. The bar has been set to high by Dr. Shah and his staff for me to even consider another Dr.
