I think that Dr. Shukla is great. He spends time with you and listens. However whoever works in his office that does the pre authorizations for tests such as an MRI, CT SCAN, MRA, ETC., is awful. over two and three weeks and have to keep calling them. New staff are needed who actually keep on top of things. My mother also had the same experience. For my next appointment I will make sure that I make him aware of the problems I am having.

I didn't mind waiting, the doctor was thorough and very compationate. Unfortunately, his nurse, Dan was cold, sarcastic, did not follow-up phone calls, and cared very little when I was in severe pain. I doubt the doctor was made aware of my repetant phone calls for help. I will not continue with Dr. Shukla, unfortunately, because of this "Dan".
