Dr. Caine Swope doesn't seem to have time to invest in her patients' care.

I've been with her for years. She is the best ob/gyn and best doctor that I have ever had!! Her quick thinking saved my first child. She was so sweet, calm and reassuring that I was able to stay calm and focused throughout the whole ordeal. Since then, she has been able to figure out problems I had when my primary care doctor could not. Her smile and positive, peppy attitude is the best.

Dr Cain-Swope was excellent delivering my first C-section, so I used her again for my second child. My scar is microscopic. I would use her again for my third child too!

While she is friendly in person, she spends no time asking questions or listening to concerns. Seems in a rush. Does not call patients about abnormal test results, and refuses to answer questions about them on the phone. I had to talk to her nurse who is unable to give answers. I had to pay to go back in and find out the lab results were wrong in the first place. I never had service this bad or experienced such a lack of concern about my health with another doctor. The reception staff is nice, so I guess that's a plus.
