Almost overdosed on a drug she prescribed me because she never once told me that weaning back onto my medication would be necessary, and i can’t split my dose because it’s a capsule so she would need to write a prescription for a lower dose. She also prescribed me with medication that is considered constraindicated in patients who have severe anxiety. Was slowly overdosing on my medication for days before I really researched my symptoms. The anxiety and paranoia led to me scratching at my arms and face which are now infected and burn, and will leave permanent scarring. Never signed an informed consent form for the drugs i’m on which is supposed to be necessary documentation.

Best therapist ever. If you're thinking of calling, I highly recommend you do. Good luck getting in with her though...her practice is typically full.
