Unfortunately there are no options for pediatric endocrinologists in Buffalo, NY other than this group which makes it very difficult to get an appointment. We have had numerous appointments cancelled on us as well. One was the day before after waiting 3 months. The next appointment given was 2 months later. There are time issues that are important in my child's health. After finally taking my child to another Dr. out of town I realized Dr. Albini failed to order the proper tests that would have diagnosed the problem. The staff treated me like a hysterical mother and even said, "You do realize your child isn't dying and being short is not a disease." Well, it would have been helpful if they would have actually performed the tests that would have revealed the problem. Go elsewhere, from the Dr. to the staff they are completely unprofessional.
