I have been going to Dr. Bell since 2005 and he never makes me wait or leaves me hanging when I am sick he is one of the best Drs. that I have ever gone to.

Husband had appointment w Dr Bell and went to pharmacy to try and pick up prescriptions and nothing was sent to them from Dr Bell's office. It was like he forgot to transmit something so important for my husband and his healthcare needs. Really thinks that this is a crappy way to treat a patient and then my husband needed a pain medicine prescription that needed to be hand written and taken to the pharmacy and he completely forgot to write it and leave it for us and when I tried to request it the front office stated that he left and when telling me this was very rude and try the next day to come in and pick it up. Will no longer be patients at this practice.

From waiting in the lobby to waiting in the room, you hear the staff visiting with each other the whole time. Then he spends about 60 seconds with you. Also, his diagnosis is often wrong because the last 2 things I went to him for are still a problem for me.
