We met Dr. Haines at the ER at St Mary's, after going there Fri night for nursemaids elbow for my daughter - the PA Fri night did not set it back in place. Dr. Haines was wonderful and I was so relieved to have him take care of my daughter! He got her joint back in place quickly and with little pain and he had a great bedside manner with my daughter.
