I have been seeing this practice since I am in my early 20's and I am 50 this year. I have referred many many people to them. The practice as a whole is responsive caring knowledgeable and the work they have done beautiful!!! Lets face we have to maintain our bodies same as we maintain ourselves and this is the place to go!

I interviewed several surgeons before choosing Dr Pelletiere. I am 67 years old and had a leaking implant. Although Dr P after speaking with me asked if I wanted to do a breast lift while replacing the old implants. He was not pushy but VERY knowledgeable, soft spoken and seemed to read my mind. After some thought I did decide to go with replacement and lift. I am now a little over 2 weeks post op and truly could NOT be HAPPIER !!!! He is meticulous, very self conscious of the patient and what they are trying to achieve. You know you are dealing with the best when the Dr's send their wives to him. Do not hesitate using him. I went to Dr. C. Pelletiere at Barrington Plastic Surgery Center for a labiaplasty and breast implant removal. I’m pleasantly surprised that my breasts actually look very good for such a procedure and no visible scar at all. If I decide to put implants back in I’ll surely return to him. My labiaplasty turned out perfect I’m very excited about it as it bothered me for years. I have a whole new outlook on life as a result from my procedure .
