Dr. Christopher A R Walker

I have been a patient of Dr. Walker’s for less than 20 years. But unfortunately I can no longer recommend him as a doctor. he’s abandoned his long time patients , send them to see these new doctors that are taken over, while he only sees cash pay concierge, and first visit weight loss patients. He always said his patience were his priority but the actions he has taken this year at proven otherwise. Specifically he will no longer be performing well exams meaning no gynecological care and These changes were made without any announcements. You only find this out when you contact the office where your also then gaslight and lied to. Staff has always been his weakness, and they continue to be where they act on his behalf and not actually ask him questions about individual cases. He lost his humble and caring bedside manner. And seems to only care about cash pay clients. it pays me to write this because I was one of his following him from Florida Hospital. But I can no longer… recommend him as a doctor after seeing another year of results that make him even less reachable and his practice more restrictive. And it is interesting that since he won’t provide gynecological care that his information is still listed on the main practice information page Jurgen specialist Florida. if you’re looking for a gynecologist, someone to help with your weight loss, look elsewhere.

I recommend before you choose this doctor do a simple search under his name and see he had problems with the justice for bad practice of medicine, I wish I should done that and avoid a terrible experience with him, I had a procedure and had an infection after and he & his stuff refuse to schedule an follow up without charge me another consultation after paid from my pocket almost $5.000.

I recommend choosing a different doctor. Dr. Christopher Walker cares only about the money, not the patient. He made me schedule many appointments and still didn't give me any results. I can believe someone gave him a good review.

Dr Walker is an outstanding dr and a man of faith. He did bladder surgery on me over 7 years ago and he did it without using the problematic mesh. I've never had any more problems since the. More importantly he discovered cancer on my kidney at the earliest time so that it hadn't spread although it had to be removed. My surgeon said Dr Walker saved my life.

Dr. Walker is an excellent doctor. He is up on the latest medical procedures, more so than any doctor I have been to. He does everything he can for his patients and takes the time to listen to their needs.

I honestly cannot say enough, how grateful I am to Dr.Walker and his team. Throughout all my care and procedures by him and his team, they have always been A+. He was one of the only doctors who took my illness seriously and wanted to give me back some quality of life I have been missing for years because of my illness and not being taken seriously by my doctors. Not Dr. Walker! From day one he really took the time to listen and check out everything that needed to be done. Between the last 7 years in his care, he’s never let me down. My family is very grateful. I seriously recommend him to anyone having serious Urogyn issues that need to be taken care of. I will 100% always know he has my best interest as his patient, at heart throughout my journey. Thank you as always to him and his amazing team!

Great bedside manner, the absolute best doctor by far!

I been with Dr.Walker over the past few months , before , during and after surgery, Himself and the staff are such professionals, compassionate and listened to all my needs and was very caring thru out this whole time, I would refer him to anyone who has these issues, top notch in my book.I cant say enough good about Dr.Walker, I feel so much better after I had my surgery. Thank you again Dr.Walker and staff.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Christopher Walker! After years of battling this condition and receiving the improper treatment that exacerbated my condition, I found Dr. Walker. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. We made a plan together and NOW, I have a new lease on life! I’m eternally grateful to Dr. Walker for his outstanding talent and excellent bedside manner! If you’re in need of a spectacular doctor who is knowledgeable and current about uterine conditions, Dr. Walker is for you!!

I want to begin by saying Dr. Walker is the absolute best. Not to mention, I’ve been a long time patient of his for several years. However his current staff is horrible. He’s never had a staff so blatantly rude and unprofessional as long as I’ve been a patient. A few days ago I went for my annual exam as usual, only to find out at the last minute that Dr. Walker no longer does annuals, and that I would be seen by one of his nurses, which I ultimately agreed to. While waiting to be seen, I witnessed the receptionist basically get into a verbal altercation with another patient regarding her insurance apparently on a prior visit. To add insult to injury, the receptionist basically told the patient that she should check her very own insurance prior to all her doctors visits, because she does as a receptionist, before she goes to her doctors appointments. Basically imposing her very own situation with the patient, while insulting and demeaning her at the same time, as if the patient was… being scolded. I found that entire ordeal to be very inconsiderate, uncompassionate and just plain insulting. After witnessing that situation and almost an hour wait, I was finally called back, and seen by one of Dr. Walker’s nurses, Nakita Wise, which did a great job. However, immediately following my exam, someone by the name of “Megan Vancampen,”walks into my room and stated that because the fact that Dt. Walker’s office no longer accepts my secondary insurance, that I could no longer be a patient of Dr. Walker’s. Forget the fact that my primary insurance is accepted, because my secondary is no longer factor, basically find somewhere else to go. Not to mention, I wasn’t offered the option of paying out of pocket, or anything else for that matter. In addition, I was told that I could no longer have my surgery with Dr. Walker for my partial hysterectomy completed and all future appointments were immediately canceled. To make matters worse, I was denied the privilege to speak with Dr. Walker regarding the matter or to get advice on my next steps moving forward. His staff had absolutely no consideration, of my serious medical concerns. Megan Vancampen, had absolutely no, compassion, or concern that Dr. Walker had performed prior surgery’s, and was due to perform another this year. It was a complete slap in the face. Also I was told that I would supposedly receive a call back from the office manager, Tess Mendiburt which never happened. At this point, I’m convinced that Dr. Walker’s current staff is very prejudice, with their treatment of minority patients. For reasons that, the patient that was degraded and embarrassed by the receptionist was a minority, and so am I. I’ve never been treated so rude and demeaned by no other doctors office. This was the absolute worst experience ever.
