The best listening Doctor I ever had.

I have used Dr Hu for many years and find him to be intelligent, well read, most polite, intuitive and very kind and practical. He is willing to listen and discuss one's concerns and is very knowledgeable and up to date in the Medical world. I recommend him highly to anyone. It is not often you meet a world class, compassionate Family Physician of global savvy, and we are lucky that he resides in Houston, Texas.

Well worth the wait for an appointment and office visit. Excellent doctor. Very thorough. I have used him for over 20 years and he is the best internal medicine and family practitioner. I have followed him to 3 different office locations through the years.

I have seen many doctors in my 54 years and I must say Dr. Hu is the most caring and understanding of them all. He actually cares more about my health than I do! I don't know if there are very many doctors like him around anymore. He will take as much time listening to you ... acutally listening ... and then will try his best to give you the information you need in a way you can understand. He never talks down to you and treats you like a friend instead of a patient. I really believe they broke the mold when they made him. If you ever need a 'Good' doctor, I couldn't think of a better one. I took my Dad to him after nobody in Beaumont could diagnose his condition. Dr. Hu referred him to an excellent doctor at Northwest Medical Center in Houston. Unfortunately it turned out to be terminal cancer, but even though my Dad was no longer technically under Dr. Hu's care, he still came by to visit him. I can't say enough good things about this man. He is among the top five people in my life… that I respect the most. Not to mention he's kept me alive way longer than I ever expect to live and longer than most ever other doctor has told me I would make it. Ok .. guess that about says it all.
