Dr. Thompson is the best listener and most informative of any physician I have ever seen. He truly cares to effectively answer all questions and fully educate you about your problem, and how to prevent it in the future.
I went to see him after he had performed sinus surgery on me to discuss an issue I was having. He was rude, arrogant, and refused to even look in my sinus's to check on my complaint, flatly stating "they are fine, i did a good surgery". And his billing office continually over billed, were extremely rude, and the clinic manager refused to take phone calls to discus the overbilling.
He was nice and all. He even removed a cat hair from my ear. But he couldn`t figure out my ear problem. So he referred me to an \"ear\" expert in Portland. I had thought he was an ear expert. And
