I became a patient at Allergy A.R.T.S in the past year and for severe hives and chronic infections that I was having. I was allergy tested for both food and outdoor allergies and was started on allergy shots. Since starting these injections my symptoms have completely resolved. You do get a variety of medications to help get the symptoms under control until the injection can take effect. Trust me its worth it. The wait time for the appointment was only 20 minutes and the staff in the testing, shot area and front office we very pleasant. Dr. Saadeh was very aggressive in my treatment plan and do not think I would be doing better if I had not come to this office. Thank you again for helping me

Dr. Saadeh is very intelligent, although I think he prescribes the same exact care and prescriptions to most of patients he sees. I experienced all the testings (needed or not) and was prescribed a LARGE amount of medications (needed or not) even though he was aware that I was a student and wanted the bare minimum and generic brands. On another note, his staff are the most incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. After 6 months of allergy shots, I had been given the wrong dose over five times. Each time was a much higher dose of serum, resulting in a HUGE rash on my hips or arms.. I'm talking about bigger than softball size lumps on both sides of my body. Apparently this is typical for his patients. Most of the nurses are very rude and don't double (or single) check any of their work before administering shots, much less care when they made an error. By the way, good luck contacting them to cancel an appointment or report a reaction (which happens all the time), because the shot room is impossible to get in touch with. Also, recently I have become very sick.. which I credit to the large amount of errors in my shots, yet I am unable to see a PA for 4 months or the doctor in NINE MONTHS. Forget the $ spent, I'm finding somewhere else to go.

No better diagnostician and physician but the poorly ran manangement by family members is taking its toll on this practice.Poorly educated and trained staff with long wait times to get an appointment (up to a year) are making it more difficult to use this physician and his facility. It even takes months to get an appointment with a nurse practitioner.I will keep going to him until I can no longer deal with it -- then I will change.
