Dr. Coyle Sean Connolly, DO

I was in this afternoon for my 2:30 PM appointment only to find out you do not take my insurance. I went over this with you on the phone. I was told you take my insurance. Not only did you waste my time filling out your forms, my time coming there, but most importantly my time to be seen by a dermatologist. I have been in pain for some time now with pimples or cysts. I might have an infection. Now I will have to find another dermatologist and wait for that appointment. This was unnecessary and incompetent by your staff. Needless to say, I will not give your practice a glowing review, and notify my friends to stay away! If I could charge you for wasting my time I would!

Devastated. Keep in mind, not only was I charged 1,500 for the visit but when I kindly asked the NP to correct what she had done, she charged me another 200, which is unbelievable given I didn't ask her to make my lips crooked and uneven. I LITERALLY would have paid less money at a plastic surgeon's office and I would have received what I requested. I read the google reviews and went to this office to get treatment for melasma and for retin-a. I was incredibly excited to try botox for the first time and wanted a tiny touch of filler to just accentuate the cupids bow on my upper lip. Not only did she not address what I asked for help with, but they didn't even write the prescriptions I had to literally ask for because they treated me as though I was ill informed, which I am not. To say that I am devastated by the results would be an understatement. To top it off, she left out the part where she isn't trained to even DO full face botox!! I asked her about botox for the jawline; she… ignored me, then, when I specified that she did not do what I asked for in the first visit she said, "oh, I can't do the jawline" um what? Why didn't she tell me this on the VERY FIRST VISIT?!!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My upper lip is completely crooked!!! Worse, it's visible to my friends and family--to have your face misshapen when all you want is to 'try' a 'touch' of filler for definition, and then to have to repeat myself over and over again (each visit-2visits-I repeated my concerns and stressed I didn't want my lips overdone). I literally asked the girl to just define my cupids bow, and she put filler in my entire left side of my lips.. was in tears over this and still want to cry bc I can't do anything about it now. I would never recommend this office to ANYONE--not even someone I hated. My lips are naturally full and I just wanted to try out botox and define my cupids bow...for this to happen-the crookedness, one of my eyebrows is lower than the other (my eyebrows were symmetrical and absolutely fine) .... just I wish I had never stepped into this office. When I returned for my "touch up" appointment, NOT ONLY did she NOT FIX the damage but she actually charged me AGAIN! I asked for a script for retin-a and vaniqa, and was told that THEY didn't sell that? Seriously? I never asked for their homemade kitchen sink cream! I was not given a script AT ALL! I was literally in such shock and horror that I paid for the cream they pushed on me and left because I was on the verge of tears and ended up crying in my car. Even worse, when I asked for an itemized receipt in order to figure out what I was charged for, I LITERALLY had to demand the desk person give me a receipt! I have seen dermatologists my entire life. This has NEVER EVER happened and should NEVER happen to anyone else! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! THEY DO NOT DO WHAT YOU ASK THEM TO DO. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT AND THEY DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY SKILL TO DO INJECTABLES OR BOTOX. I am out almost $2,000, which I wouldn't have cared if she did a nice job- $2,000 dollars and I still have the tiny crows feet I literally had before the injection of botox. My sister does injectables in California. They are supposed to change the syringe needle after they use units. THIS LADY NEVER ONCE CHANGED THE NEEDLE! DO NOT GO HERE--WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First time I tried this stuff and this place made my lips crooked and didn't even follow procedural guidelines on using syringes. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE AN NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD -- JUST HEARTBROKEN AND FEEL COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Rude office staff. Tells you that you have to pay fees in front of people in waiting room. Said we had to talk to the billing dept. Called Aetna and they said we didn't owe anything. After they found out they were wrong they changed tactics. They said we were "out of the 10 day window"! They gave me the appointment, I didn't ask to wait 2 weeks. You have a better chance of seeing Jesus than Dr Connolly. You pay for a doctor and get a nurse. Connolly not even in the building. Find another doctor

Was not happy with the PA. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Connolly and was told he has 11 offices and isn’t taking any appointments that’s why he trained his PA’s. So basically you never get to see the doctor.

I will visit every site possible to say this doctor saved my life!

I’ve been coming here for years. The PA’s and nurse practitioners are great. Staff is friendly. I recommend highly.

I was diagnosed by Dr. Connolly with melanoma when I was 24. After that I started seeing a different doctor for a few years. Apparently, the new doctors office I went to missed a different melanoma and the fact that it was spreading. I followed back up all these years later with Dr. Connolly. He was so caring and sensitive to the situation. The staff was so helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about this practice. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I wish I never left them years ago!

I saw Dr. Connolly in Cape May Courthouse. He did a biopsy and it was a skin cancer. He has a lot of experience and I trust his decision on treatment. He explained everything I needed to know in the visit. The nurses and secretary were very nice and I did not wait very long. My only complaint is that they do not have their own surgeon in Cape May Courthouse to remove the skin cancer for me. Other than that, I would tell my friends to see them.
