I thought he was a good doctor. With my serious health issues, pain was the worst symptoms & was literally taking my body down & my sanity w/it. He gave me the medications that I needed that kept me on my feet & going. I will "always" be grateful to him for this. He does care about his pts & is very sharp. The only problem he has at present is his staff are very mean & brutally cruel. He tends not to protect his clients from his staff, even when the staff is causing obvious harm to a pt(s) such as changing his orders.to what the staff wants &/or when a pt was not given the correct medication & the staff had lied about this pt to him...the client was discharged & did not get one of the most vital scripts..the one that is adamantly warned to NEVER abruptly stop the medication due to the fatalities they caused. It was shocking that he didn't care, would not ask the client if what the staff was saying was true or not..if he would've asked he would have known the staff lied/deceived him. They were good friends too & yet he put this friends life in absolute harms way. It was several months later that Dr. Lembo learned the staff had lied, yet he did not reprimand the staff member(s) who were responsible for this situation. If he could get this area of his practice properly tended to he would have a great practice. It would be good for him to take a couple courses in managing one's employees & proper assertiveness to problem solve. One staff who changes his order for pts committed the ultimate act. she was to send a pt directly to the hospital for tests, his condition was concerning to Lembo. She sent the man home & by the 2dn day...he was dead. He diagnosed me with cancer & he would not send me to an Oncologist nor surgeon & months have gone by with my health worsening...the pain is horrific. While Dr. Lembo was gone for about 12 days the staff sent me a dismissal letter. I have no way of being able to speak with him for the staff threatened me with arrest if I tried to speak with him. This just happened on Feb. 26 2014...I don't want to die w/out medical care & I am being sent so cruelly down that horror of an agonizing death. Right now Dr Lembo is in VERY BIG TROUBLE w/the DEA
