He took alot of time to explain my problem, I felt very confident in his care I would recd him to family and friends.
Did not greet patient, did not check her symptoms, did not addresed her concers. Screamed at patient..."Get the X-Ray done or dont see me at all!. Said verbatim..."if you want something done specifically you need to study so you do it yourself or change medical providers"... The RN Manager Debra Lyon had to interviene and bring in another doctor, and MD not and DO, who succesfully and with compassion was able to redirect this case and adressed properly the concern with the patient, stablishing the need of some test and not others and saving Kaiser orthopedic of Roseville its good reputation. Shame of bad behaivour like Craig J Wall exhibited today. Kaiser is a service and Craig J Wall does not like to serve!!! If you are very sick, unable to stand your ground or unable to be your own advocate and be accertive with him, do not go to DO Craig Wall at Kaiser Roseville. All hapenned on 04/16/2013
