More than ten years ago Dr Tracy performed a cardiac ablation on my heart which would periodically beat uncontrollably. My pulse could be 240 bpm. From beginning to end the ablation was a success. Dr Tracy and her team were so nice and the outcome was that my heart is functioning as if it were always normal. Such a relief.

Dr. Tracy is a pleasant enough doctor and is respected by her peers, but I fault the GW Medical System from preventing her from fulfilling her potential. My A-Fib case created side effects which required regular and continuous dialogue - and more time than the "system" allows. All of that was not possible. Contacting her by phone is virtually impossible, she cannot use email so had to call her assistant and send her faxes to communicate. Even that was not successful all times. Pro-active communication from her side -"Hey, how are you doing this week after ..." does not exist. I gave up and went to another doctor.

Dr. Tracy has been my cardiologist for twenty years. Over that time she has treated my atrial fibrillation and cared for me after mitral valve repair. I consider her the best and most caring physician one could have, which is reflected in her national reputation.

My daughter saw Dr. Tracy for 15 years and had wonderful care. She was caring and always had time to talk. Always able to get in to see her when emergencies came up.
