YOU CAN'T FIND A PROBLEM WITHOUT LOOKING. STAFF IS SO RUDE THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE. WANTED TO DISCUSS BLOOODWORK AND DEXA SCAN UNABLE TO GET DR, TO RETURN CALL. MAINLY BECAUSE STAFF DOES NOT RELAY MESSAGES. I PAID FOR MY OWN DEXA SCAN OUT OF POCKET, AS IT WAS NOT TIME FOR INSURANCE TO PAY, HAVE TO WAIT 2 YEARS. STILL WAS UNABLE TO GET DR ON THE PHONE TO DISCUSS RESULTS. HE SPENT OVER AN HOUR DURING VISIT, BUT CHECKED NOTHING, NO URIN ANALYSIS NO BOWELL TEST. I DON'T LIKE COLON OSCOPIES, BUT ALL DR'S HAVE GIVEN ME A BOWEL TEST, IN THE PAST. NOTHING, THAT COSTS MONEY WAS ORDERED. MY FIANCE WAS SEEN WITH ME AND HE HAD NOTHING ORDERED EITHER?????????? THE STAFF HUNG UP ON ME, WHEN I INFERRE4D THEY WERE NOT GIVING DR THE MESSAGE. AFTEWR TRYING FOR A WEEK. CHANGING DOCTORS AND WILL DISCUSS MY BLOODWORK AND DEXA SCAN WITH NEW DOCTOR.

Have never seen the Dr. only the PA, Gretchen, so this rating is for her.About Staff:Continually does not call in scripts when asked. I've called numerous times, starting on Tuesday and now it's Saturday and I'm out of meds,it was never called into the pharmacy. This has happened to my brother numerous times,too. She also seems to feel it's an inconvenience if asked a question while in the office, rolling her eyes and acting frustrated. I would recommend another office of this Dr. or another Dr. with a caring staff.
