I like Dr. Dozier himself very much but his PAs except for one or two have a terrible attitude they kind of bully their patients and and treat everyone like their drug Adickes they seem to set some people up if they don't like you

I've never had so many issues with staff and obtaining/receiving paperwork and referral information. I've spent 6 months now trying to obtain care and have hit dead ends with two primary care offices following up with referrals, and zero completion. The wait for new patient appointments is over a month away anyhow, and its back to square one for a third time. I will never refer, or recommend this practice nor provider to anyone, clientele or family/friends alike.

Dr dozier and Jocelyn, and staff are amazing! They truly listen and are compassionate and experts in field. Living in pain, is torture and having a team that works to give you some quality of life is a blessing.

this office is great! i read the previous comment about refills and such. the staff does tell people to call ahead at least 7 days to get refills and also says prescriptions are written for 30 days. example...if the prescription was written on the 13th of a month with 31 days then it will be due on the 12th of the next month. i am truely satisfied with everyone i have encountered at the office. the back office staff is very friendly and work hard to help with problems. i would recommend dr dozier to anyone because he is very caring!!

Dr Dozier is great, but getting your medicine is a pain in the butt and the staff seems to drop the ball every time. If a month has 31 days in it be sure to check you refill prescription carefully, it seems like every time the staff writes them for 30 days. Be sure to call at least 10 days ahead of time to get a refill or you will be forced to wait over an hour at the office to get it. This has happened to me at least 3 times. And the waiting room seats are very uncomfortable ! Trying to get a person on the phone is impossible and I can not count the times I have tried to leave a message only to find the inbox is full, please try again later. If you have to miss an appointment it is impossible to get another on to coincide with your prescription refill date, and I you are like me and have to drive 60 miles to get there the drive alone hurts like heck ! If he wasnt such a good doctor I would go to one closer, but he does take time with you and really listens. I have been working with him for over a year and even with all of the problems I have encountered I still go. Like I said Doctor Dozier is great, but the staff is crappy.
