by TOTAL AWE on May 28th, 2013

I would like to meet the Parents of this Great Human Being. I WOULD SAY THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS FOR THIS MIRACLE. HOW LUCKY YOU WERE TO HAVE BEEN ENTRUSTED WITH THIS SOUL - GOD KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WHEN HE PLACED HIM IN YOUR CARE." To those of you who malign his staff - or think he should ignore the pain of others to pander to your watch, - stop, think how your loved one will be cared for - would you ask that he give less to him or her? If you're too important to wait, how much love do you return? How much time has your Mother given you? No baseball games, no weenie roasts, no running here and there? If you were ill, did she ask someone else to sit and wait? I'll bet she scarcely moved an inch until she took you safely home! This space is for the Doctor who is saving your loved one's life and/or sanity - You want quick? How dare you!!! She must have loved you very much that you would feel you're more important than DR. DAN FABITO. HOW MANY LIVES HAVE YOU SAVED LATELY? HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU PUT OTHERS' PAIN BEFORE YOUR WATCH? HOW MANY TIMES HAS YOUR MOTHER PUT YOU BEFORE HERSELF? LEAVE, JUST GO! I THANK GOD THAT YOU AREN'T MINE! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOUR GREAT BIG HUG MADE HER SMILE? WAS IT MORE RECENT THAN YOU MADE HER CRY? DO YOU SPEND TIME WITH HER OR DO YOU FORSAKE HER FOR LESSER PEOPLE, PLACES, THINGS? WAS HER MOTHERS' DAY A JOY? DID YOU SURPRISE HER WITH THE GIFT OF LOVE BY SIMPLY STOPPING BY? Somehow I really doubt it - of course you'd make her cry! What is it that you really did? Watched a game on TV? Spent the day and your money with your recent girl? Bet SHE'S really something to behold! Enough of you! You make me sick! AND LADY, STUFF YOUR MONEY!!! $80.00? WHAT A JOKE! AWWW, HE DIDN'T THINK OF YOU EVERY SECOND - HE HAD SICK PEOPLE ON HIS MIND....... IF YOU DIDN'T FIX THAT AND BEG HIS FORGIVENESS, YOU JUST LOST YOUR LAST BEST CHANCE - BUT SELFISH, SELF CENTERED PEOPLE DO THAT, DON'T THEY. HEY, YOU IDIOT WHO CALLED IN? I GET THROUGH RIGHT AWAY - SO DO MY TWO FRIENDS WITH CANCER AND R.A. COULD IT BE YOU????? THIS ISN'T ABOUT A PHONE CALL, MONEY, A BUSY RECEPTIONIST, OR TIME TO PLAY. THIS IS ABOUT DR. DANIEL FABITO WHO GIVES 200% TO EVERY SUFFERING PERSON THAT WALKS THROUGH HIS DOOR. YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO JUDGE HIM FOR FAULTS THAT ARE NOT HIS????? WHAT'S THE PROBLEM? ARE YOU STUPID? WHAT IF A SUFFERING SOUL GOES TO A QUACK BECAUSE OF THE MEANNESS INSIDE OF YOU??? GOD BLESS YOU MY FABULOUS DOCTOR - YOU'VE GIVEN ME A LIFE!

I know that the title sounds a little too much but I truly feel that way. I will try to condense my experience so that a person would be interested in reading it and not just disregard because of its length. In 2009 my granddaughters leg suddenly started hurting about 3 inches above her knee; so much so that she could not bear her weight on it. We went on a 3 year sojourn that was so heart wrenching that it would take way too many words and you would get bored reading it so I will just say that it included the following doctors: Pediatric Orthopedics, Oncologist, Hematologists, Neurologists, Physiologists, Orthopedic, Medical Doctors, Nerve Specialists, Anesthesiologists and Pain Doctors. We went to UCLA, Santa Barbara and to City of Hope Hospitals in California. She endured, bone marrow biopsys, bone scans, MRIs, 2 or 3 nerve procedures that were injections and a nerve surgery that involved the severing of a nerve in her right leg; now she is numb in places on her right thigh and that will never change. We had Doctors tell us that it was all in her head that she was faking. We had Doctor after Doctor give up and pass us onto someone else. She was reduced to crutches and a wheelchair. Finally we ended up in Daniel Fabitos office. By now her pain was off the charts and her meds included Morphine and Percocet around the clock. She went from being a soccer playing, cello playing, happy normal 12, and 13, 14 & 15 year old to being an introverted, drugged up social recluse. Dr. Fabito stuck with her and tried several different things but never once did he try to pass us off onto another Doctor, never once did he give up on her. For 3 years he worked with us, he never suggested it was all in her head and he never gave up. He watched her medications closely and spent in-depth time with her on each visit. He racked his brain continuously on her behalf and finally narrowed it down to a diagnosis. Dr. Fabito gave her back her life!! When other Doctors gave up and passed us off onto someone else Dr. Fabito stuck with us. My granddaughter is getting ready to celebrate her 16th birthday soon and after 3 years of crutches and wheel chairs she is walking pain-free. Without Dr. Fabitos continued support and dedicated professionalism she would still be in that wheelchair. This man is a Hero in our book !!

Aug 16th, 2012

I've brought my mother here 3 times and she's waiting 70 min, 110 min and 75 min. When I ask about the scheduling, the staff just says "the doctor is busy". It's inconsiderate to so poorly schedule customers that they have to wait over an hour to see a doctor.

As a pain specialist, Dr Fabito deals with many people who are in pain and not too happy with their condition. He is a very good listener and explains the diagnosis & treatment in a clear and compassionate manner. I Really Like him as both a doctor and a person/coach. He gives you instructions and advice for your aftercare.

Dr. Fabito is the best doctor I have seen in years. I see several specialists for ongoing health issues and I was referred to Dr. Fabito for lingering shingles pain. He not only makes my pain manageable but he makes me feel like he truely cares about my well being. He is always willing to explain everything and answer any of my questions. In fact I learn more about my health problems from Dr. Fabito then I do any of the specialists I see on a regular basis. Anyone who goes to see him will see for themselves what an amazing doctor he is and amazing human being! Lucky to have him as my doctor.

Even if you have seen all of the Pain MD in town, even if you have injections from other MD, you owe it to yourself to see this doctor. I was at my end of the road. I tried injections, pain medications, physical therapy, you name it, I did it--nothing worked. A friend of mine went to this guy and had 2 injections and was pain free- going on 14 months. When I saw him, he explained everything to me- diet, surgery, MRI, injections. I told him that I would like an injection. He said, well-it looks like you had several injections in the past with only temporary relief and that he could not gauraentee it would help. I pushed and pushed him because I heard he was great with needles. He did a total of 3 injections with me and one morning I woke up with no pain. My husband and I could not believe it. We both cried. It has been 3 months and counting. This guy is amazing. I don't know why the injections worked with this guy and not with others. Maybe cause he actually cares. I have seen him 5 times and he knew my name, my husband's name, and my husband only came to my first visit. I actually gardened this past weekend. IF you are like me, desparate, go to him. He is not a pain medication guy so if you are looking for meds, don't go to him and clog his office- you wait long enough. Also bring something to pass the time, it is a busy office. My only complaint is that his office staff is super busy and it was a little difficult getting in to see him....but well worth it.

I broke my back 5 years ago. I was not able to have any moment pain free. Didn't want to sleep, didn't want to be awake. I was taking the max dose of oxy. After 3 failed surgeries, I was a skeptic, I had visited several other pain doctors which just herded their patients through like cattle. After a referral and research, I found Dr. Fabito. He reduced my oxy dose in 1/2 the first visit and educated me on what I was taking. I had never had a doctor take the time to explain to me what I was taking and how the medicine would affect me, until I talked with Dr. Fabito. He always takes the time to figure out your situation and what will work best. He also considers your state of mental health and tries to assess your over-all well being. He considers and is concerned about how the pain is affecting me and my family. Dr. Fabito is very intellectual and professional. The other 5 so-called pain management doctors I had been to before finding Dr. Fabito had done nothing to HELP me. Dr. Fabito cares about what he is doing! He is an answer to my prayers and a God-send to me and my family. Thank you Dr. Fabito! Keep up the GREAT work!

When I went for the first appointment I was in a wheelchair and unable to walk. He told me he could get me walking again. After a procedure with Dr Fabito I was able to walk again. He did not guarantee how long I would be able to walk but the fact that he was able to get me to walk again is a miracle. None of my other doctors even talked to me about what my options were. Dr Cabahug referred me to Dr Fabito for a second opinion. I am extremely greatful to Dr Fabito for making my life more meaningful with the procedure that gave me walking again possible. Thank you Dr Fabito.

Getting into the office is the biggest problem. A horrible office staff has truly ruined my experiences. The staff won't answer phones and are very rude when scheduling. IN order to make my appts., I have to have my referring doctor call them, so the Dr. Fabito's office will call me to schedule. His bedside manner is good, but he has a very big frustration with his staff. I guess replacement isn't an option. He did ZERO follow-up after an injection, which was truly surprising. The center calls you to see if you are alive, but the doctor was nowhere to be found, since I had questions.

Dr. Fabito is an amazing doctor. I have been impressed with his knowledge, capabilities, compassion, and attention to detail.I am currently going to Dr. Fabito for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. When I first saw him I was so tired of being in constant pain. He immediately described what was wrong and the possible options of correcting the issue and/or giving me relief from the pain. He was upfront with me about the risks of it taking many tries or not working at all. He also included what the next step would be if plan A didnt work.He always takes the time to make me feel at ease and to recognize my questions, problems and concerns. Other doctors helping me with this condition have not done this, so it has meant even more to me than I could ever describe.Dr. Fabito is great in the surgical setting as well. He is just as caring and compassionate in the procedure room as he is in his clinic. He even sat with me while I was recovering from anesthesia to comfort me and my mom as things didnt work as planned and I was discouraged ( I think it is important for me to state that this was by no fault of his own!). He immediately got his nurses in his clinic on the phone and booked my next appointment and procedure. I appreciated that he was there for me every step of the way.It is wonderful to have a doctor that will show compassion and joy with a patient and not be afraid to crack a smile and sympathize with the patient when need be. I would recommend Dr. Daniel Fabito to anyone and everyone who is in need of pain relief!!

It is hard to find a Dr these days that cares. It is hard to find a Dr that listens. It is hard to find a Dr that thinks of each patient as an individual. Dr Fabito is that doctor. A knowlegable, caring man. He explains everything in plain english. If there are options for treatment, Dr Fabito will lay them on the table, and tell you the pros and cons of each. Dr Fabito is not money hungry - he doesn't force a procedure on you, or makes you have the procedure done by him rather than another doctor. He also takes his time with you. No matter how long that takes. This can easily back up his patients, but any wait is well worth the while.A compassionate, knowledgable doctor. A

Dr. Fabito is a good doctor. However, when I was referred to him he was not yet covered by my insurance. He told me he would accept whatever payments he received from being out of network until he was in network. When I questioned the charge of $80 for the initial consultation he did not remember our conversation. Due to his apparent forgetfullness, I do not recommend him.

I MET DR. FABITO 2 YEARS AGO & HE HELPED ME TREMENDOUSLY. FOR THE 1ST TIME IN YEARS I WAS FREE OF PAIN FOR 2 MONTHS. UNFORTUNATELY I HAD A VERY BAD FALL & ALL THE GOOD THAT HAD BEEN DONE, WAS UNDONE. I HAD A NUMBER OF OTHER PROBLEMS IN THE MEANTIME & WHEN I TRIED TO REACH DR. FABITO HE HAD LEFT THE OFFICE WHERE I MET HIM & I COULDN'T FIND HIM. MY GP INFORMED ME A WHILE LATER THAT SHE KNEW WHERE HE WAS & I CALLED & MADE AN APPOINTMENT, EVEN THOUGH HIS NEW OFFICE IS QUITE A DISTANCE FROM WHERE I LIVE. WHEN I WENT TO SEE HIM HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD TRY WHATEVER IT TOOK TO HELP ME WITH MY PAIN. WE TRIED WHAT HE HAD DONE PREVIOUSLY BUT THIS TIME IT DIDN'T WORK. BUT HE DIDN'T GIVE UP & I TRUSTED HIM WHEN HE SAID THAT HE WOULD TRY SOMETHING ELSE. HE TOLD ME IT MIGHT NOT WORK & IF IT DIDN'T WE WOULD TRY SOMETHING ELSE. WELL I HAD THE PROCEDURE 3 WEEKS AGO & I HAVE BEEN SMILING EVER SINCE. HE IS GREAT & I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO IS IN SEVERE PAIN. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING & HE DOESN'T GIVE UP. HE EXPLAINS THINGS TO YOU & YOU CAN ASK HIM QUESTIONS & HE GIVES YOU STRAIGHT ANSWERS. HE DOESN'T LIE TO YOU & HE MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE & TO ME THAT MEANS EVERYTHING & THAT'S WHY I CALL HIM "THE FABULOUS" FABITO. I PROMISE YOU WON'T BE SORRY.

Dr. Fabito is the best Pain physician in town. He recently moved here from Boston. He is not like other physicians in town who spend 2 minutes with you and give you a bunch of pills. I have had multiple back surgeries and have been in pain for the last 10 years. In 4 visits with him, he has drastically changed my life and I owe it all to him. I am able to have a quality of life now. I will never go to another physician. I have told everybody about him...he is my Angel.
