I've been w/Dr. Gordon for close to 18 years. He has helped me through many tough times. Obviously, the other reviewer didn't wait around long enough for him to get to know the Doctor and his secretary, Debbie.

If you need a refill between visits, don't expect them to tell you that in person or on the phone. They will just send you a letter after the fact. They don't call to remind you of your appointments and if you miss it, they will send you a letter telling you you owe money for the full visit. They only answer the phones on Mon-Wednesday mornings, if that.If your insurance changes and Dr. Gordon knows about it and he's not contracted with that insurance company, he won't tell you until after you've had an appointment so that he can get paid one last time, out of your pocket. Not helpful. Just listens, but doesn't suggest helpful resources or solutions.
