I've been there twice Dr. Keech is alright he's nice, answers questions,pretty good at explaining things I trust what he's saying. The first visit was pretty decent the second visit with him was all right except he got up to take a phone call in the middle of my time with him which I'm paying $50 each time to speak with him for 10 minutes I expect undivided attention ...what really made me visits worse was the receptionist..... She's a complete moron ..... And she's a little rude with the personality of a plant.... And when you are the front face of the office, you should have a better attitude.... But I aside from that she double charged me .... Said my card was declined which it wasn't but I wrote her a check ... She ran my card twice and never said anything until I wanted to change my payment ... Then the next I called her back and was more polite than I should have been because she caused me to have overdraft fees. She told me to check with my bank .... Which I did .... They said she did double charge me and when I called her back she quickly refered me to their billing person and stood by the fact my card was declined and she called the billing guy and he told her it was declined .... Not true the billing guy told me that was what she said but actually I was correct and they would be refunding me my money....and on top of that my medicine was called into the wrong pharmacy even though I called her and said it twice which pharmacy to double check and she acted like yeah yeah she got it .... But she didn't so I had to call the pharmacies .... Bottom line if he would get rid of that staff being he would be doing his business a favor....: any I don't go back for a while but I'm thinking of switching doctors..:: too much money being spent for a crappy service

he's a great doctor......very nice and explained everything very well.
