Office closes during lunch HOUR with no rotating staff covering phones. Waiting for call backs from Dr. can be frustrating--the staff gives no help at all giving an idea when the call back might come. More often than not, the call comes willy-nilly and goes to my recorder. Then I have to start all over again. There must be a better way!
