Dr Nixon sees his role as a researcher and the reason he works in a clinic is because its a mandatory as part of his job. Perhaps he should stay in a laboratory setting all the time. He fails to adequately answer questions and is evasive to direct inquires on infectious diseases despite spending prescribed time with you. He excludes training from his defined role. His primary focus is on reviewing lab results which with him would probably have better outcomes for all if direct patient contact will left to a more willing physician.
