Dr. Wachtel marks the standard to which all physicians should aspire to. I feel confident that he has the experience and knowledge to help me through any problems that might arise with the health of my eyes. He is prompt, caring and presents himself in a way that is almost lost to the medical profession in these times. It is clear that he loves what he does and truly cares about his patients.

the doctors are pretty good but DENISE in the office was difficult, confrontational and when I asked her to please be nicer to me she told me "Sorry but I am very busy". Not a good thing to have your staff pissing people off before they can even get in the door. Have used the doctor several times in the past but With Denise there doing the appointments and the phone calls I will take me business elsewhere. Its a shame for the doctor but if you don't have good friendly staff....there are tons of other eye doctors in the area
