????? After more than 10 years as patients, I can no longer recommend this provider, especially for families navigating developmental delays, autism concerns, or complex pediatric needs. Our family had no issues with the practice for over a decade. We attended appointments, followed recommendations, maintained insurance coverage, and paid our balances. The relationship changed when we began seeking answers regarding our daughter’s developmental concerns. When we questioned statements regarding her evaluation timeline and sought clarification, communication became increasingly strained. During one call regarding her care, I remained on hold for approximately 30 minutes while my husband, calling separately, received immediate assistance. When we requested an explanation, none was provided. We were later told the practice believed we had intended to leave years earlier, despite continuing care as active patients throughout that period. Ultimately, after advocating for our daughter… and seeking answers, our family was dismissed from the practice. This review reflects our personal experience and documented interactions over more than a decade of care.

We love Dr. Lalonde. As a Nurse Practitioner myself, I’m pretty picky about who I trust with my son. She has exceeded every expectation. Takes the time to answer questions and answer them thoroughly while explaining her reasoning. Our son is also a preemie, and she was very knowledgeable about specific preemie issues.

This woman is ABSOLUTELY amazing! My girls love her and have always been really comfortable and at ease with her!

I cannot imagine a better pediatrician for our son. Dr LaLonde is amazing taking care of all of the big and little things we have needed her for over the years. Her bedside manner, keeping him comfortable during our visits and her ability to explain things and answer my questions is beyond compare. She really cares!

I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Lalonde since she was born. She's three years old now and I have nothing bad to say at all about Dr. Lalonde. She takes her time answering questions and makes my daughter feel at ease. She seems to really care about her patients.

We switched to Dr. Lalonde after we suspected our 1 year old had food allegies and his previous doctor seemed pretty appathetic about it. Dr. Lalonde spent a long time with us going through symptoms and ordered a test that diagnosed a couple food allergies. She really cares about her patients and is great with my son. If you wait a little while at the appointment it is because she probably gives all her patients all the time they need to talk with her.

Treats you like you are a child,seems to be in a hurry all the time.

Dr.Lalonde talks to you (the parent) as if you were five and is very uncompassionate about your feelings,she has the "GOD SYNDROME" going on
