Dr. David C Bunten, DO

Dr. Bunten is the best doctor I’ve ever had and his physician’s professionalism, incredible intelligence, deeply ingrained compassion, and upliftingly positive communication manner - that is also not afraid to make medical recommendations in the best interest of the patient’s health - together with the general guru level of expertise in his role and his dedication to go above and beyond most doctors anywhere and personally respond to questions between visits with the same professionalism and personability, is so greatly appreciated! Dr. Bunten is my vision of the best version of a PCP who has a ton of experience and still keeps the magic alive for his patients while balancing lots of moving parts… he’s the kind of doctor I wanted to be my whole childhood and up through the middle of college (when my grades in some science and math courses essentially made me very reluctantly change course). Dr. Bunten is one of the most inspirational people in my life!

I was a patient of Dr. David Bunton for four years, and unfortunately, my experience was consistently negative. He showed little to no genuine care for his patients. Every visit felt rushed—he would enter the room, say a few quick words like “I’ll be right back,” and then never return. Instead, his assistant or staff would come in a few minutes later with paperwork and direct me to the front desk to pay my copay. There was no real interaction, no explanation of care, and certainly no sense that he was invested in my health or well-being. His staff was also frequently rude and dismissive, making every visit feel more like a transaction than a medical appointment. It was clear that Dr. Bunton prioritizes billing over patient care. I would strongly caution others considering him as their physician. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens and cares, I recommend looking elsewhere.

We love our doctor! Dr. Bunten and his office team are personable, supportive, and create a welcoming feel every time I've visited. I was late for my appointment today and Dr. Bunten was understanding and still got me in despite his busy day. He made time and didn't rush my visit. I always appreciate how organized the staff is and the efficiency of the office! My husband and I have great trust in Dr. Bunten! He cares for his patients and is very knowledgeable! He is the best!

Dr. Bunten is always knowledgeable and up to date, but where he goes the extra mile is in the time he spends and the genuine interest he consistently exhibits. He is immediate in answering emails, always open to questions or requests, and I never feel rushed during a visit. He and the entire office staff are exceptional!

Dr. Bunten and his whole office staff are warm, personable, and efficient. Dr. Bunten is always current with my health needs and makes every visit a pleasure.
