From the clinic where Dr. Smith practiced, I recieved two letters. One from Dr. Smith, and one from the clinic. Both were vague as to the reason, but both indicated Dr. Smith will not be seeing patients any time soon. On July 1, 2011 there still is nothing indicating any action taken by the Kentucky board of licensure.
