Dr. Hoffman not only has a horrible bedside manner, his staff are a bunch of morons. They have a 48 hour prescription SLA, which they NEVER break under any circumstances. I had chest x-rays done, ended up having pneumonia, and it took the dr. 9 days to let me know that. Needless to say, I already did the ER. You would be better off at a walk in clinic then here.

HE IS NOT A HANDS ON DOCTOR HE NEVER ACTUALLY TOUCHES ME LIKE TO CHECK MY EARS OR NOSE IF I ASK. HE JUST SITS THERE AND LAUGHS. ITS KIND OF HARD TO DIAGNOS STREP THROAT WITHOUT LOOKING DOWN MY THROAT. HIS NURSES ARE INCOMPETENT AND NEVER RETURN CALLS AND IF THEY DO ITS USUALLY 5 DAYS LATER. THEY ALWAYS CALL MY MEDS INTO THE WRONG PHARMACY NO MATTTER HOW MANY TIMES I TELL THEM. HE IS RUDE UNCARING ARROGANT AND MISTRUSTING. HE HAS BEADY LITTLE EYES THAT STARE AT YOU WITH DISSAPPROVAL. AVOID THIS PRACTICE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
