This doctor Folkerth is very moody and not a good listener, only a talker. He is not caring about your pain and calls every long acting med a hospice drug except morphine. Because of this. I can not see how he could be board certified. Very untrue by all means!! That is very disappointing. Does not seem to have good knowledge of all pain meds. Could be very scary getting an extended release medication prescribed as needed. That is WAY ALL WRONG!! Opana ER is not a take as needed drug. He doesn't know enough about the med. The staff, though is very good. The girls in the office are very kind and helpful. The girls should find another pain management office to work at because if he talks to them, like he talks to patients. That would be very bad. A doctor that doesn't even ask how your pain is and tells you that the conversation is terminated before asking you those questions.. is not a good doctor. Sorry but I can not give this doctor a good rating. He also thinks it's good that pharmacies to ask for cash for oxycodone and not accept insurance. So what does that tell you? Very suspicious about his prescribing habits.. Very sorry to report this.

just a joke. pls stay a way....all he wants is for you to get addicted to pain meds so u can keep coming back and spend that money.has no concern for you as a patient at all!!!!!if dont want to be addicted, dont go see him...all he will do is keep giving you more and more pills....and when your in pain, u take them.
