Awful experience. His unlicensed Asst. Intercepts messages and recommends treatment.

Very concise.

Called to the office after complaining of urination pain and a potential UTI. Staff told me to come in for urinalysis and a bladder scan. When I arrived an LPN escorted me to a room told me to empty my bladder and then she perforemed a bladder scan. She the gave me my discharge paper to leave when I asked if anyone was going to treat me for the condition I came in for. She asked me what was that? After i explained she realized she was supposed to get a urine sample from me but did not read the orders. After several glasses of water i was able to provide a urine sample. She said good and told me the results will be back in 3 days. I said so you are sending me home with a possible infection that has caused me sleepless nights and much pain which is why i came here in the 1st place and you want me to go home and wait 3 days before your office does anything? She then consulted with the doctor who never examined me or talked to me and he prescribed antibiotics and i was told to call back… in 3 days to get the results of the urine culture. Dont plan on going back to this medical practice anytime soon.

Very, very unpleasant experience with Dr. Lamb and his staff. Went to ER and they found a 6-7mm stone that required surgery by Dr. Lamb. His office staff were always in a rush and they herd you around like cattle. After surgery he said he got rid of the stone but I was still in pain. His nurse scheduled me back in 2 weeks to have stent removed. After a week I called them because I complained of pain and they had me come in. After an X-ray a nurse, (I guess she was a nurse), just yanked the stent out prematurely and painfully and sent me home. The X-ray report in my portal noted a 4mm stone still present. Dr. Lamb assured both me and my wife in post op that the stone was destroyed but it wasn't. Two days later I passed it at home with much difficulty and pain. Even after that I still have related urinary track issues. I tried a follow up visit and Dr. Lamb didn't seem to care. I will never go back to Dr. Lamb and I would not recommend you let him or his staff touch you.

He doesn't even examine your body right

Before my surgery I repeatedly ask to have pictures taken just in case something went wrong and after my surgery I was denied my pictures I showed Dr Lamb what he did worng and he laughed and said I cut something out and i told him you cut out my testicles I still have this Spermatocele in inside of me and I am get the run around as if he trying to hide something and I'm not going to stop until I get justice so help me GOD

Dr Lamb is a very busy doctor. Time with patients is minimal. His nurse Karen will not answer patient callback room answering machine. I have to call 4 times before I found out I need to be scheduled for a -x-ray before I got to speak to a nurse after my Procedure. Karen speaks all nice in from of DR Lamb but to my spouse and me she was rude and acted like we were interrupting her from something. Also was told they were short handled. Not my problem when I'm vomiting after my surgery and can't get assistance from Lexington Urology's office staff nurse. The appointment associate and the two ladies up front seem to know this was happening but only rolled their eyes. Not for them to be able to fire Karen who needs to be put somerwhere where she is not talking to patients. I would not recommend this office to no one because of staff nurse not calling back..

. Dr Lamb has performed three surgeries for me now since 2007. I trust him and he is a very kind man. He's got a very good bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease, something pretty rare these days. Thankful he's my urologist!

I went to Dr Lamb to remove a kidney stone. He didn't put a stint in after the surgery to allow me to pee. I became so sick a squad had to come get me to return to the hospital to have another surgery. Went to see him after to have the stint removed and he wouldn't even see me. I will never ever see this awful doctor again.

I had contact with Dr. Lamb through an on call situation. I was experienceing a reoccurring UTI and requested a refill on the antibiotic that I had just finished. He was rude, talked down to me and told me that I was using his time inappropriately. What doctor says that! I had to rate this Doctor but there is no option for -0
