the doctor operated on my husband without advising us he was out of network, his office staff in most regards to Kathy billing director rude snotty & unprofessional. He told us my husband was bleeding in his stomach so had to have surgery again which was a lie due to notes re surgery a graff was leaking & my husband had to go back have his chest re cracked open again from his triple bypass to fix this. He should know what insurances his office accepts & he needs to have a staff who is professional & respectful to patients, know their jobs, put patients first without blaming the hospital for the office errors.
