On the scariest day of our lives, which should have been the happiest day of our life, Dr. Jimenez jumped into action on his day off to save our baby girl's life! He emanates care and exceptional knowledge, swirled with a wonderful sense of humor. What he did seemed miraculous to us. Heroic indeed. Our daughter is in now a healthy, vibrant sixteen month old girl whose on a path for an extradorinaiy life ahead, an opportunity afforded to her by the magic of Dr. Jimenez!

A year ago, Dr. Jimenez was able to see me and performed surgery that if not treated could have affected my vision. He was very professional when giving his diagnosis, but was also very sympathetic and positive. His attitude and kind words helped me feel confident going into the surgery. I am very grateful for his help and thankful that he is in El Paso helping others.

My daughter's doctor was able to diagnose and remove a cyst from her head in a short amount of time and safely. We were thoroughly informed about the procedure and about what she had. Additionally, my daughter's recovery was fast.

I was very scared and concerned almost lost when Lucas was born. Dr. Jimenez and his team made us feel better and guided us by our hand throughout the process step by step and explained the process ans made us feel more at ease with everything I am very grateful and forever in debt with him and his team because without him my baby would never be and look the way he does. I would definitely recommend anyone that has a similar situation to come even if it far away from home to see him. I can assured that as soon as you meet with him your anxiety and worries will if not go away but will decrease by a lot. This was the best decision I ever made I would do it all over again.

Dr Jimenez and his staff made me feel very comfortable through this serious procedure. I wasn't afraid. I felt no pain and Dr. Jimenez was very kind and caring. He explained exactly what was happening and what he was going to do. It put me at ease. Made this experience not so scary. Best of all he doesn't shave heads!

Overall we are satisfied with the whole experience. Every member of his team was amazing especially raphael. The procedure went much better than we anticipated we are so excited with the progress our son made thus far and we are very grateful with Dr. JImenez team truly wonderful respectful professional people god bless them all.
