saw doctor twice. first time very nice.took interest.said he doubted i had reflux.sent me for test.i called for explanition of results 5 times never returned my calls.finally had one of his clerks call me to say i had reflux i asked to speak to him about results still waiting.never sent records to my local docs.his office mananger heather is worst!

Brilliant man. Considers whole patient health when diagnosing, isn't myopic. Creative problem solver, compassionate, good eye contact, takes time to actually hear what patient is saying and can hear between the lines to consider emotional and physical well being of patient. He participates in research, trials and is ahead of his game. I wasted many years going to several local gi's in nj and then Dr. Kastenberg was able to cut through the clutter of all their b.s. and their misdiagnosis' and he easily honed in on my problem. On the down side, he is very busy and I believe he can use a stronger office staff to improve patient followup correspondence and make subsequest visits.
