Dr. Perches was very courteous and answered all my questions to set me at ease prior to the surgery. I appreciated him visiting me to tell me everything went as planned and he wished me a speedy recovery. Very nice.

Doesn't send you a bill just sends past due notice several months later. When I called they at least acknowledged they didn't send me a bill and so far have refused to send a bill showing the amount charged and or what my insurance paid.
