Dr Tien is wonderful and so personable! He has been seeing my daughter for the past 8 years. Mia is now 11 and will ask her own questions about her eye health. He speaks well to the children but also the adults! His staff is amazing and it’s always is the same people working with him when we go.

My son has been seeing Dr. Tien since he was 2 years old. Hes now about to be 12 next month. Dr. Tien has been wonderful! Its easy to get an appointment. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dr Tien is great. He caught an issue with my child’s vision that had been missed by other dr’s. My pediatrician said they’d go to Boston Children’s for many things, but for eye surgery/issues they’d go to Tien. I recommend him highly.

The office always does a great job when I bring my nonverbal autistic son in. They always ensure he is comfortable during his exam, and I am always happy we them.

My son first saw Dr.Tien 2 years ago when I started to notice that he had an eye that would look outward which turned out to be exotropia. Not only was Dr. Tien Great with my son who was only five years old at the time, but he expertly conducted the surgery to correct his eyes and now two years later everything is still perfectly aligned. We will continue to see Dr. Tien throughout his growing years, but every experience is a positive one and he has meticulous attention to detail. I would 100% recommend him and his staff to anyone with an adolescent who needs to be seen by a vision specialist.

Dr. Tien was excellent with my 2yr old son. He was warm and upbeat, and knew exactly how to keep my son entertained. Dr. Tien answered all of my questions and asked thoughtful questions about what my child would be willing to do. I would absolutely recommend him and his office to others.
