While the actual doctors are nice and efficient, dealing with billing staff has been a nightmare. They've double billed, pre-authorized and given me a price for treatment that was about 20% of what I'm NOW being billed. This has been about four times more than they said. I wouldn't go here again.

I was having trouble breathing and called to see if I could be seen. Dr. Chu was kind enough to squeeze me in between appointments and he was treat me and get me back to breathing easy (literally) again! The staff was also provided excellent service! I highly recommend Tottori Allergy and Immunology to anyone with allergies or breathing issues. For over 2 years they have been helping me to get through the allergy seasons! Thank you to the entire staff!!!

One of my coworkers had a baby who had terrible eczema, after visiting many highly recommended doctors in town and watching their child only getting worse and more uncomfortable, they went to Tottori and the treatment worked quickly and there was a complete recovery. So when my own child needed an allergist I wanted to go to this doctor too, and I have not been disappointed. At Tottori you will find everything running with the efficiency of a machine, many professionals working at a fast pace but well coordinated and very competent technically. Yet they are still compassionate and caring. One of the best experiences at a Dr, hands down.

I am so happy I opted for the allergy shots, they are working excellent. I have had about 20 shots and feel a million times better. I was planning on getting sinus surgery, but changed my mind because the shots are working so good. I recommend trying SHOTS before doing any time of surger. I was going for shots 3x a week, the more you go, the faster the results....

Great place to get allergy testing. Staff was friendly and kind. They answered all of my questions without making you feel like an idiot. There were many people in the waiting room but got in under 10 minutes.

I've been to a lot of doctors in my area and they've all told me that there's nothing I can do about my excema, and this is the first office that has given me hopeful options. The medications they've given me is pretty much the same that I've been taking, but they've given me a new regime on how to take the meds and I'm hoping it will help!
