Dr. Wachs is a very kind and considerate physician. He answers questions thoroughly and honestly, which is much appreciated. The only drawback is his extremely rude nurse, Kris. She answers questions with short, snippy answers and makes us feel very uncomfortable. She has been very judgemental about certain personal matters and at times has caused us to not consult Dr. Wachs with a medical concern simply to avoid her. Can't believe she keeps her job! Completely trust Dr. Wachs, just wish this nurse would be replaced!
He was finally able to answer questions we had about our infertility that none of the OB/GYNs could! In fact, not only was he able to get me healthy enough to conceive naturally, he helped us to prevent a miscarriage! Thank you Dr. Wachs (and NaProTechnology).
Dr. Wachs is great, he spends time with you and really listens to what you have to say. I completely trust his judgment. However, he has a nurse who is difficult. She has been very judgemental of my questions and treats patients rudely. If it weren't for Dr. Wachs' great compassion and care, she would have made me seek another physician.
Dr. Wachs is a very compassionate, knowledgeable, and wonderful physician...if only all physicians were like him!
